About Us

Seth has been involved in residential investment in St. Louis for 20 years. Over those years, he has gained unparalleled experience in single family, apartment and non-performing loan package investment and/or management. In addition to his investment experience, Seth is the principal owner in two of the largest locally owned real estate service companies in St. Louis. One of them being the largest leasing and property management company (West End Management & Leasing Services) and the other a top real estate sales brokerage . He has founded three of the top leasing and property management companies in the area, with West End being the largest.

With over 10 years’ experience in Property Accounting & Management, Lisa is the glue that helps hold West End together. She leads the accounting team in handling the accounting for over 1300 properties and in addition to those duties, she assists in overseeing the day-to-day internal operations of the West End Operations Team.

After graduating with a dual degree in Accounting and Business Administration, Erica started her full-time career at West End. She oversees the maintenance department and loves working in the real estate industry because there is “never a boring day”.

In her free time, Erica enjoys staying active and living a quiet life with her husband and their chihuahua, JR.

Alyssa grew up in a small town on the Illinois and crossed the river officially in 2019. As West End's accounting coordinator, she helps keeps the books up to date and balanced.

In her free time, she is all about outdoor adventures with her furry companions—running, hiking, and soaking up nature's beauty and spending as much time as possible with her husband.

Melissa joined the West End team in 2020 as the Leasing Office Administrator. Even though she is fairly new to the real estate world, Melissa has since acquired her real estate license and has taken on management of a small portfolio of properties. What she likes most about the industry is, “ I get to do what comes natural to me from my previous 20 + years of customer service experience, which is helping people, but now I get help them with one of the most important aspects of their lives, their home.”

Allex is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and maximizing property value. With experience in both property management and real estate sales, Allex offer's a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of the industry. From overseeing day-to-day operations to implementing strategic marketing initiatives, she specializes in optimizing property performance and tenant satisfaction. Her hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that properties under her care operate smoothly and yield the highest return on investment. Cara Barton was born and raised in St. Louis. She has 12 years of experience in Leasing and Property Management for both residential and commercial real estate. In addition, she has a background in accounting and commercial mortgage. Cara obtained her real estate license in 2017 to further her knowledge in the real estate Industry. In her spare time, she volunteers at an Equestrian rescue that specializes in rehabilitating former race horses and is a foster for a local dog rescue.

Formerly an elementary school teacher in the Parkway School District, Gina Laux has had her real estate license since 2003 and has worked for West End since 2008. Having experience on both the sales and leasing side of the industry, Gina says her favorite part of the job is guiding her clients through the process of leasing or buying/selling their home. Gina has managed homes for hundreds of owners in the STL area over the years.

A native St. Louisan, Gina resides in Wildwood with her husband & son. Her 2 daughters also live close by. She's a supporter of the American Cancer Society and American Heart Association, and in her free time you can find her relaxing on vacation with her family or attending a Mizzou Football game.

George Franzen has been a part of the West End Property Management team for over 20 years and says his favorite part of working in the industry is helping others.

Originally from Columbia, Missouri, George has spent his adult life living in South County, St. Louis and St. Peters. He's a proud supporter of the Lead School in St. Charles, an organization that provides educational support and services to children with special needs and in his free time enjoys training for half marathons.

Jamie grew up in a small town outside of St. Louis and is a Lindenwood University Alum. She has over 25 years of experience in real estate and 15 years specifically in property management. Her specialization is in executive level residential leasing, property management, buying and selling real estate.

Outside of real estate, Jamie enjoys bicycling, reading and spending time with her family. She also loves animals and is a foster/supporter of Stray Rescue.

With a career spanning over two decades in Real Estate, Kim has expertise in selling and leasing homes, with a specialization in corporate relocation and property management. Over the years, Kim's experience has encompassed a wide range of property types, with a distinct focus on luxury homes. A significant milestone in 2019 marked the attainment of Kim obtaining her broker's license, further elevating her capabilities. In 2023, Kim joined West End Management and Leasing, enhancing the quality and scope of services provided. Passionate about the Real Estate industry, she offer's comprehensive assistance in all aspects of the business.

On a personal note, Kim's love for dogs extends beyond the professional realm, as she actively contributes to rescues whenever possible. She is a dedicated advocate for the American Parkinson's Disease Association of Greater St. Louis.

Laurie has made St. Louis the focus applying over a decade in the property management space. From high volume leasing and a client portfolio of both residential homes and multi-family communities. Laurie’s approach to property management and leasing is at the intersection of highest and best use and quality tenant placement.

Originally from the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah where she completed a Bachelor’s in Business Management — She is a big-time foodie and enjoys growing and nurturing a kitchen garden for her culinary endeavors. She lives with her 2 dogs Blue & Alphi (aka: Blue-cheese and Alfredo as they are often referred to in the community!)

Mark utilizes his 35+ years of industry experience to provide comprehensive real estate services to his clients. Whether it is leasing, property management or selling, Mark delivers “full-service” results. Mark strives to make the property Owner’s role enjoyable and productive by setting clear goals that can be obtained by following the steps Mark has identified.

A graduate of Mizzou and SLU, Mark has made St. Louis his home since 1987 and enjoys traveling with his wife, working in the yard, and actively volunteering at Tenth Life Cat Rescue.

Born into a Real Estate family, Robert brings experience that few agents have. 50+ years in all aspect of the industry, leasing, management, project management, sales, and commercial property experience as well. Robert has owned and worked in real estate in Australia and now the last 20 years in Saint Louis. “My clients like the ‘above and beyond’ efforts I give to both Landlords and Tenants.

Robert enjoys Alpine Skiing, visiting the outdoors of Colorado and travelling with his wife, Elizabeth. My wife is involved on the Boards of many interfaith charitable organization, and I actively assist her in those organizations and their events.

Stacie has worked in the real estate industry for over 21 years and has been a member of the West End team since 2008. Stacie says she loves that "every day is not the same."

Stacie resides in the South City area and outside of work she enjoys boating, cycling and traveling. She's a proud supporter of the Needy Paws, a nonprofit animal shelter that rescues dogs in the Saint Louis area.

Jack is St. Louis born and bred. The real estate business is a big part of Jack's family, so upon earning his degree from University of Missouri- Columbia, he decided to join the family trade and begin his career in Property Management & Leasing.Jack enjoys the variety of meeting different people every day and loves to learn about St. Louis buildings – whether it is a home in Ladue or a two family in South City. He believes the key to any successful transaction is always maintaining open communication with all parties involved. In his free time Jack likes to work out, play golf & hang out with family and friends. Jack loves animals, especially dogs, his charity of choice is Stray Rescue of St. Louis.

Stephanie’s favorite part about working as both a realtor and property manager is helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership or real estate investing and being able to offer her clients multiple options when making a move. Whether buying, selling, investing, or leasing she will use her years of real estate experience to present all the options for you. She strives to exceed her client's expectations and deliver optimal results! After a decade and a half of traveling the country as a flight attendant and living in Chicago, Stephanie was happy to return to her hometown in St. Charles County, Missouri to raise her family. Outside of work you will find her traveling with her family or cheering on one of her kiddos at a football, basketball, or volleyball game. Stephanie currently resides in Wentzville with her husband, three children, Mom, Grandmother and their three Goldendoodles at their multi-generational home in the country (Four generations under one roof!)

Candy worked for Southwestern Bell before retiring in from the company in 2002. After that, she earned her estate license in 2003 and came on board with West End Management in 2004. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new clients that also become great friends both owners and clients, but also helping owners find good tenants and tenants finding good housing and good owners to lease from. Every day is different and that good.

She is a supporter of the DAV (Disabled American Veterans Charity), a nonprofit charity that provides lifetime support to veterans. She is a St. Charles county native and outside of work she enjoys spending time on her 218 acre family farm in Cedar County, where she raises beef cattle.

Karen joined the West End team in 2010 and says her favorite part of her job is meeting new people and assisting clients with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lives - finding a home!

Originally from the Webster Groves area, she currently resides in Florissant, Missouri and outside of work enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Karen is a proud supporter of the American Cancer Society and the Webster Groves Family & Friends, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to giving back to the Webster community through scholarship programs and student mentoring.
