Seth has been involved in residential investment in St. Louis for 20 years. Over those years, he has gained unparalleled experience in single family, apartment and non-performing loan package investment and/or management. In addition to his investment experience, Seth is the principal owner in two of the largest locally owned real estate service companies in St. Louis. One of them being the largest leasing and property management company (West End Management & Leasing Services) and the other a top real estate sales brokerage . He has founded three of the top leasing and property management companies in the area, with West End being the largest.

Seth is a native St. Louisan and enjoys spending time outside of work with his wife, two sons and bulldog. He enjoys contributing to organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Wounded Warriors Foundation and National Children's Cancer Society, to name a few.
