Leasing Office Administrator

Melissa joined the West End team in 2020 as the Leasing Office Administrator. Even though she is fairly new to the real estate world, Melissa has since acquired her real estate license and has taken on management of a small portfolio of properties. What she likes most about the industry is, “ I get to do what comes natural to me from my previous 20 + years of customer service experience, which is helping people, but now I get help them with one of the most important aspects of their lives, their home.”

A St. Louis native, in her free time, Melissa enjoys going to concerts and taking her family on trips to Disney. She also volunteers her time as the “Cookie Mom” for her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop.
