Formerly an elementary school teacher in the Parkway School District, Gina Laux has had her real estate license since 2003 and has worked for West End for the last 8 years. Having experience on both the sales and leasing side of the industry, Gina says her favorite part of her job is "helping owners and tenants have a positive experience, whether it's finding a home to lease or helping an owner find a quality tenant!" A native St. Louisan, Gina resides in Wildwood with her husband, three kids and dog Coco. She's a supporter of the American Cancer Society and American Heart Association, and in her free time you can find her relaxing at the Lake of the Ozarks with her family.
Stacie has worked in the real estate industry for over 13 years and has been a member of the West End team since 2008. As our resident Leasing Coordinator, Stacie says she loves that "every day is not the same." Stacie resides in the South City area and outside of work she enjoys boating, hiking and traveling. She's a proud supporter of the Gateway Pet Guardians, a nonprofit animal shelter that rescues cats and dogs in the East St. Louis area.
Tim has been a part of the West End team for 10 years and says his favorite part of working in the industry is getting to meet so many diverse and interesting people. He's a supporter of Wings of Hope, Missouri's Conservation Effort and the Veteran's Honor Flight Network, a non-profit that transports America's Veterans to Washington, D.C to visit the memorials dedicated to their service. Although he resides in University City Tim loves the outdoors, specifically trout fishing, hunting and golf.
George Franzen, Leasing Agent and Property Manager
George Franzen has been a part of the West End Property Management team for over 20 years and says his favorite part of working in the industry is helping others. Originally from Columbia, Missouri, George has spent his adult life living in South County, St. Louis and St. Peters. He's a proud supporter of the Lead School in St. Charles, an organization that provides educational support and services to children with special needs and in his free time enjoys training for half marathons.
Candy has worked in the real estate industry since 2003 and joined the West End team as a Leasing Agent in 2004. She is a supporter of the DAV (Disabled American Veterans Charity), a nonprofit charity that provides lifetime support to veterans. She is a St. Charles county native and outside of work she enjoys spending time on her 218 acre family farm in Cedar County, where she raises beef cattle.
Seth Reeder is a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker and full time real estate professional. He enjoys contributing to organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Wounded Warriors Foundation and National Children's Cancer Society, to name a few. Seth is a native St. Louisan and graduated with a Business Degree from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.
Laurie is a graduate of Utah Valley University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Previously licensed as a Realtor in Utah, she decided to use her background in Accounting and her Property Management knowledge by becoming a real estate agent at Upper End Properties. Born and raised in Utah, Laurie is loving settling in to the St. Louis area.
Karen joined the West End team in 2010 and says her favorite part of her job is meeting new people and assisting clients with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lives - finding a home! Originally from the Webster Groves area, she currently resides in Florissant, Missouri and outside of work enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Karen is a proud supporter of the American Cancer Society and the Webster Groves Family & Friends, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to giving back to the Webster community through scholarship programs and student mentoring.
Mark utilizes his 25+ years of industry experience to provide comprehensive real estate services to his clients. Whether it is buying, selling, leasing or property management, Mark delivers “full-service” results. He has made St. Louis his home since 1987 and is actively involved as a volunteer at Tenth Life Cat Rescue.
Matthew graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2007, with a B.S. He has been a full-time real-estate professional since 2012, and has been involved with real-estate since 2009. Matt loves the challenge of the ever changing dynamic in the industry. In his free time he enjoys watching the St. Louis Blues, but mostly, he enjoys annoying his new wife.
Robert Kleinlehrer, Leasing Agent and Property Manager
Born in Sydney, Australia, Robert grew up in a Real Estate family and has over 40 years of leasing and property management experience in both his own and family businesses. He moved to St. Louis in 2007 and spent 4 years as a Commercial agent before returning to his roots in residential leasing and management in 2011.
Gennie is a native St. Louisan who graduated from Truman State University in 2015 with a degree in public communication. She's a supporter of 4 Paws 4 Rescue, a non-profit animal rescue located in Fenton, Missouri. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her pets Luna and Nala, and finding the best sushi in St. Louis.
